    There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the relevant consumer laws.

    RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS

    At Forever New we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, Forever New will gladly provide an exchange within 14 days of purchase if:

        • The item is in original unworn condition;
        • All tags and packaging are attached; and
        • With all original tags
        • Proof of purchase is provided
    • Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund if you change your mind.
    • We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:
      • Cosmetics and fragrances
      • Swimwear
      • Hosiery
      • Hats and Hair accessories
      • Earrings and Jewellery
      • Personal use items
      • Underwear and undergarments

    Items on ‘Sale’ will only be exchanged for change of mind except where the item is faulty or defective.

    Any items returned as part of a Spend and Save promotion will be exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Forever New, not the original full price.

    Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    This is in addition to your legal rights to a refund or exchange for faulty goods.

    GIFT CARDS


    You can purchase Forever New gift cards in Singapore dollars between the values of $10 to $1000 in any of our stores in Singapore.

    Gift cards can only be redeemed for merchandise and not for cash. If the full amount is not used within a single transaction, the balance remaining on the physical gift card will not be transferable as any value on a gift card is non-transferable.

    The purchase of any gift card is excluded from any sale or promotion and will not receive the discounted price.

    GENERAL TERMS FOR GIFT CARDS

    Lost, stolen or destroyed gift cards will not be refunded for cash or replaced. The gift card will not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

    The purchase of a gift card is excluded from any sale or promotion and will not receive the discounted price.

    Your gift card may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card credit value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card credit value, you must pay the excess using another payment method. Once the remaining card credit value is completely used, destroy your card by cutting it in half diagonally. Your gift card cannot be reloaded.

    Gift card balances can be checked in store for viewing your gift card status and balance. Forever New gift cards do not expire.

    Items purchased using a gift card may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy (above).

    You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift card. You are liable for all transactions on your gift card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.

    FOREVER NEW PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY


    FOREVER NEW PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
    If you purchase a full priced item from Forever New and it goes on sale for a lower price within 14 calendar days following the date of your original purchase, you are eligible to receive a one-time store credit for the difference between the original purchase price and the lower sale price of this item. This credit will only be offered in the form of a store credit and processed onto an Forever New exchange Card.

    The following terms and conditions apply:

    1. The Forever New item must have been purchased within the fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the price adjustment is requested, from an authorized Forever New store located in Singapore.
    2. Price adjustments only permitted on:
    – Full priced items in Singapore dollars ending in .99 cents
    – Full priced items in Singapore dollars purchased with the exemption of Provincial sales tax applied, ending in .49 cents
    – Items purchased with a promotional/sale discount already applied are not eligible for price adjustments
    3. You produce your original Forever New invoice (receipt) when you price adjust the item
    4. The Forever New item must be the exact same style code, colour and size as it appears on the Forever New receipt and must be present at the time of the price adjustment transaction.
    5. The item(s) must go on sale in Forever New stores in Singapore only.
    6. The lower price must be in effect at the time you request the price adjustment. (Prices and merchandise availability are subject to change without notice).
    7. The Forever New item can only be subject to one price adjustment.
    8. The item price must not be lowered for a price adjustment due to an advertising error or misprint.
    9. From time to time we may run promotions where a price adjustment will not be available. A disclosure of these promotions will be provided at the time of purchase.
    10. Price adjustments will not be offered on an item that is subject to Special sale prices and/or offers (e.g. Black Friday prices, Boxing Day prices).
    11. In the event you receive a price adjustment on an item and later return the item in accordance with the Forever New Return Policy, the amount of your refund will be calculated on the original purchase price less the price adjustment.
    12. The return of an item subject to price adjustment must be in compliance with the Forever New Return Policy.

    These policies are subject to change at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Forever New.

    SOCIAL MEDIA
    These terms and conditions govern our relationship with users and others who interact with Forever New via social media including Facebook.

    The Forever New brand is active on social media, allowing us to engage with our customers on a unique level. We are open to and encourage conversations about our brand, our product and the experiences our customers have in store. Whilst we are always open to feedback via our social media channels, positive or negative, we have a few simple guidelines in place for all users to remember.

    Forever New Social Media is monitored Monday to Friday with extended hours as necessary.

    Forever New Social Media has a wide range of users and it is important that our page is inclusive and respectful to all users. We do our best to keep Forever New social media content safe and appropriate for all users, but we cannot guarantee it. As such, we require that all users:

  • Be respectful, and consider other points of view when posting. Users must not post content or links to content that could be considered offensive, defamatory, obscene, sexist, racist, threatening, use inappropriate language (swearing) or content that is otherwise not appropriate for an audience of all ages
  • Not engage in any bullying, intimidation, or harassment conduct against any user using Forever New Social Media
  • Not post any content involving illicit substances, alcohol or other illegal activities. Forever New Social Media has younger users and we require our content to be appropriate for all ages
  • Not post any of your own or anyone else’s personal information. While your privacy is important to us you have to remember that anything you post is public unless you restrict your privacy settings via the social media platform e.g. Facebook or Twitter.
  • Not post content that is or could be considered hate speech, threatening, or pornographic, that incites violence, or contains nudity
  • Do not spam or try and advertise on our page
  • Follow the relevant social media platform rules and regulations for use of their sites e.g. Facebook and Twitter
  • All feedback (either positive or negative) is helpful to Forever New and we encourage all our users to interact with us and our brand. We will do our best to respond directly to as many posts as possible where a response is required.
